How do I book into a class or session?
Go to our timetable section, click on 'login' and then sign up via Arketa.

Is The Pilates Studio only for women?
No. The Pilates Studio is for every body. We welcome people of all genders, ages, and fitness levels.

What type of Pilates do you offer?
We’re a fully equipped studio offering Reformer Pilates and mixed equipment sessions – all led by experienced instructors. Each class is thoughtfully programmed for real-life movement, strength and recovery.

I’m new to Pilates—can I still join?
Absolutely. We welcome beginners and recommend starting with our introductory offer. Our expert instructors will guide you through everything you need to feel confident.

How big are your group classes?
Group sessions are no more than 5 clients to ensure individual attention, personalised corrections, and a high-quality experience.

Do you offer private sessions?
Yes. Our 1:1 private sessions are tailored to your goals—whether you’re working with an injury, pregnant or postnatal, or simply want to deepen your practice.

What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable, fitted activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for safety and are available to purchase in-studio.

Where are you located?
We’re based near Battersea Park, within easy reach of Clapham, Chelsea, and Nine Elms. Situated between Queenstown Road (4mins) and Battersea Park (1min) stations, excellent public transport links nearby, including Battersea Power Station underground (8mins) and multiple buses.

Do I need to use my classes within a certain time?
Each class package will state its timeframe. If unsure, feel free to reach out.

Can I reschedule if I miss a class?
Note we have a 24hr cancellation policy. This can be done via Arketa if before 24hrs and you can easily change to another session.

How does a 3:1 class work?
This is a bit like a circuit class for three people in which you'll work across the different Pilates equipment. This is a great option if you need a more cost effective session than a 1:1 or if you're curious to explore beyond the reformer.
