Getting started

  • Group sessions are no more than 5 clients to ensure individual attention, personalised corrections, and a high-quality experience.

  • Yes. All clients are required to complete a liability waiver before attending their first session. This will be sent to you automatically via our booking system and must be completed before participating in class.

Booking & scheduling

  • Go to our timetable section, click on “login” and then sign up via Arketa.

    If you have any issues, contact us via email (hello@thepilatestusstudioldn.com).

  • All sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled directly via your online account. Cancellations made by email, Instagram or text are not considered valid.

    Clients are responsible for managing their own bookings online.

  • All sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time.

    Eligible cancellations will be returned as studio credit to your account.

    Refunds to the original payment method are not offered for client-cancelled sessions.

    Late cancellations (within 24 hours) and no-shows will be charged in full at £12.

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be able to join the session once it has started, and missed time cannot be extended or refunded. This is to ensure safety and minimise disruption to the class.

  • If a class is full, you can join the waitlist via your online account. If a spot becomes available, you’ll be automatically added to the class and notified by email. Standard cancellation policies apply once you’re moved into the class.

  • Wear comfortable, fitted activewear that allows you to move freely.

  • Grip socks are required for safety and are available to purchase in-studio.

  • Please bring grip socks, water, and a towel if you wish. All equipment is provided.

General & practical info

  • We’re based near Battersea Park, within easy reach of Clapham, Chelsea, and Nine Elms.

    Situated between Queenstown Road (4mins) and Battersea Park (1min) stations, excellent public transport links nearby, including Battersea Power Station underground (8mins) and multiple buses.

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your class to allow time to settle in and prepare.

  • Yes, we’re a dog-friendly studio.

    If you’d like to bring your dog with you, please contact us first at hello@thepilatesstudioldn.com so we can make sure it’s a suitable time and won’t disturb other sessions.

Classes & sessions

  • We’re a fully equipped studio offering Reformer Pilates and mixed equipment sessions – all led by experienced instructors. Each class is thoughtfully programmed for real-life movement, strength and recovery.

  • Group classes are small (up to 5 people) and follow a structured class format with individual guidance throughout.

    Private 1:1 sessions are fully tailored to your specific goals and needs—whether you’re working with an injury, pregnant or postnatal, or looking to deepen your practice.

  • All classes run for 50 minutes unless otherwise stated.

  • Yes, we offer pregnancy-safe and postnatal sessions.

    We recommend booking private sessions or specific pre/postnatal classes so programming can be adapted safely to your stage and needs. Please contact us before booking so we can advise appropriately.

  • Yes. Our 1:1 private sessions are tailored to your goals—whether you’re working with an injury, pregnant or postnatal, or simply want to deepen your practice.

Pricing, packs & payments

  • We offer single classes, class packs, private sessions, and introductory offers. Full pricing details can be found on our pricing page.

  • Yes. We offer a range of 5 or 10 class packs , designed to suit different schedules and goals.

  • Each class pack will state its timeframe at the time of purchase. If unsure, feel free to reach out but most are valid for 3 months from date of purchase.

  • Class pack validity starts from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

  • Class pack extensions or pauses are not guaranteed and are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you believe you have exceptional circumstances.

  • Credits are non-transferable and valid from the original purchase date. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered for client-cancelled sessions.

Health, safety & participation

  • Yes. Please inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancies before your session so we can ensure the class is safe and suitable for you.

  • Yes. Pilates can be highly beneficial when working with injuries. Our instructors can adapt exercises accordingly, and we recommend private sessions for personalised support.

  • You will not be able to participate in class until your waiver has been completed.

  • Yes. For safety reasons, the studio reserves the right to refuse entry or participation if a client has not completed required documentation, arrives late, or if participation is deemed unsafe.
