The Spring Reformer series

Launching on the Spring Equinox, the Spring Reformer Series marks the natural shift into a new season - the days are getting longer, you don't know how many layers you're going to need, hayfever is doing its thing. But, this is also opportunity to bring fresh momentum to your Pilates practice.

Over the course of four weeks, participants will commit to three Reformer classes per week, building strength, precision and consistency through intelligent, thoughtfully programmed sessions at the studio. The series is designed to help establish a steady rhythm of practice while refining movement and deepening connection to the work.

Participants will work towards completing 12 classes across the four weeks, with a completion reward for those who finish the series. The first participant to complete all 12 classes will also receive one month of our Momentum Membership.

Throughout the series, participants will enjoy a selection of exclusive partner perks from neighbouring wellness businesses, celebrating the spirit of community that surrounds the studio.

What happens next

At the end of the preview, you’ll have a clear sense of how a three-times-per-week Pilates practice feels for your body.

There’s no pressure, just the option to keep going if it feels supportive.
