Private sessions

Tailored support for your goals and needs, such as injuries, pregnancy, or postnatal recovery utilising the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac and Ladder Barrel.

Small group mixed equipment classes

For those who want the benefits of a 1:1 and the opportunity to try all the equipment depending on your needs.
