The Spring Challenge

Our Spring Challenge is a simple, supportive way to experience what practising Pilates three times per week can feel like, without committing to a full membership.

Rather than focusing on change or transformation, this challenge is about finding a steady rhythm, supporting your body through the winter months, and noticing how regular movement affects how you feel.

  • 12 classes over 4 weeks

  • £250 (works out at £20.83 per class based on full attendance)

  • Available to existing clients

  • This mirrors the weekly rhythm of our Reformer Three membership, offered in a time-limited, supported format.

  • No commitment to continue with the Momentum Reformer Three membership

What’s included

  • 12 Reformer Pilates classes to be used over 4 weeks

  • Designed to support a gentle but consistent three-times-per-week practice.

  • Optional wellbeing support, shared weekly. These are there to support your Pilates practice, not to add rules or pressure.

  • Existing clients currently attending 1–2 classes per week

  • Anyone curious about moving more regularly but not ready to commit to a membership

  • Those wanting structure and consistency, without intensity or performance goals

What happens next

At the end of the preview, you’ll have a clear sense of how a three-times-per-week Pilates practice feels for your body.

If you’d like to continue with that rhythm, we’ll offer a smooth transition into Reformer Three, with a small incentive for preview participants.

There’s no pressure, just the option to keep going if it feels supportive.

FAQ

  • Ideally yes as you can't carry over sessions into the next week.

  • Life happens. Classes are there to be used within the Winter Challenge so we recommend booking ahead to support your rhythm. Missed classes can’t be rolled over beyond the four week window.

  • Yes. The preview is designed for clients currently attending one or two times per week who are curious about increasing frequency and experiencing how more regular practice feels. If you’re already practising three times per week consistently, the Reformer Three membership may be a better fit.

  • Nope! There’s no obligation to continue into a membership. At the end of the Winter Challenge, we’ll share an option to move into Reformer Three if you’d like to maintain the same weekly rhythm, but the decision is entirely yours.

  • Many clients are surprised by how manageable it feels once classes are booked in advance. Sessions are designed to support your energy rather than deplete it, and the preview includes guidance to help you spread classes evenly across the week.

  • Each week, we’ll share optional prompts around things like recovery, breathwork, warmth, sleep, and daylight exposure. These are intended to support your Pilates practice, there are no rules, targets, or requirements.

  • It starts from now and runs until start of April. You can start your four week challenge within this timeframe.

  • The Spring Challenge is a standalone, time-limited offer and can’t be combined with other class packs or memberships.
